A Vulgar Display

An act of love
but if I were
to say “Tits”
or
“Cunt”
I, and by
proximity,
the love
itself
becomes
obscene

so we shall stand
in disagreement

in place
where your
love remains
forbidden
and mine
though obscene
remains honest

– A. Ramirez

“A Vulgar Display” taken from my new book of poetry “Poems of Love and Perversion”.
